Artificial Intelligence for Metal Forming
The X series are used for process monitoring, to enhance or optimize the process and/or improve part quality. It also has a positive effect on the overall equipment effectiveness. Several counter functions allow detailed control and analysis of the process. The signals can be displayed, for instance, as peak values, envelope curves, trend or process quality progressions. The units are user friendly (self-adapting to calculate monitoring window and amplification) and have a teach-in function to calculate all monitoring limits automatically. Sensors placed in the right positions convert process information into electrical signals thus allowing the monitoring of tool and machine performances related to sensor information.
